1. Return Period RocketPatches allows returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition of Returned Items a. Items must be in their original, unused condition. b. In the original packaging with all the tags intact. c. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: a. Items marked as “Final Sale” and Discounted items. b. Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery. c. Gift cards. d. Custom Orders or Custom product releases.
4. Refunds a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
